Business and website provider
J&D Collision Center is the business providing collision repair services. TrueManagement operates the website and supporting technology on J&D’s behalf. TrueManagement does not provide the vehicle repairs described on this website. Contact J&D about repair services, estimates, appointments, or these terms.
Preliminary online estimates
Information and photos submitted online support a preliminary review of visible damage. Any online estimate or discussion is subject to vehicle inspection and may change after disassembly, diagnostic procedures, discovery of additional damage, or review of parts, labor, and other relevant information. An online submission is not a final repair estimate or a guarantee of price, completion time, insurance coverage, or repair availability.
No authorization to repair
Submitting an estimate request, appointment request, photograph, or other website information does not authorize J&D to begin repairs, disassemble your vehicle, order parts, or incur repair charges on your behalf. Repair authorization and any service agreement must be handled separately with J&D. Contact J&D if you have questions about authorizing work.
Appointment requests
Your selected date and time are preferences, not a confirmed booking. A request remains pending until J&D contacts you and confirms the appointment. A submission confirmation or request number acknowledges receipt through the website; it does not confirm availability. For urgent scheduling questions, call 813-443-1462.
Information you submit
Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and only photos or information you are permitted to share. Avoid uploading unrelated sensitive information.
